Allergens on the till's line and the receipt, checked against the recipe

What you build
An Allergens field on Item from your manifest, filled by the shop on its dishes and ingredients in its own words. Two field rules on the till theme (POS Studio, Fields) show it under each line of the sale and print it under the item on the receipt. A Check allergens button on the Item list writes a check record of every dish that leaves out an allergen one of its recipe's ingredients carries (at every depth), every variant with none of its template's, and every word that is not on the shop's allergen list, and opens it.
Limits
- The check names what to fix and changes nothing: the shop corrects the dish. It cannot know an allergen nobody typed.
- The kitchen ticket does not print it.
- The till shows at most three extra item fields per theme, and the field holds 140 characters.
- A variant shows its own field: type it, or copy it through Item Variant Settings where every variant shares the template's allergens.
- A receipt layout of the shop's own prints it only if it calls the till's item-fields reader.
Tell the customer
The cashier sees a dish's allergens on the sale, the receipt prints them, and one press checks every dish against its recipe.
What next
- Tell the customer the 5 limits above, and write them into the proposal.
- Follow the recipe: Restaurant back office: recipes off stock, allergens and food cost.
- Copy the sample: S45 — Restaurant back office (recipes off stock, allergens, food cost, sales by day part), and change it.
- Build and test it on your sandbox (request one if you have none; what is on it).
- Run the checks: your own tests, the kit's checks and the money kit's release gate (testing and release).
- Release through the customer's own release gate (14. Testing and release); an app other shops install goes through the App library.
