Every app iVendNext lists in the App library starts as working code in this kit. When your customer wants one of them to work their way, copy it, change it, put your company's name on it, and sell it. The code costs you nothing, and we take no share of what you charge.

What you sell
Our app is the version most shops need, free to every iVendNext retailer, and often part of why a retailer chooses iVendNext. Your business is everything around the fit:
- Your customer's own version. The app working the way this customer works: their fields, their rules, their screens, their links to other systems. You set its price.
- Setting it up. Installing it, filling its records, training the team, going live store by store.
- Changes over time. A new store, a new rule, a new report: the customer comes back to you.
- Support and hosting. You support what you deliver. Run its service yourself, or with us, and charge your customer what you choose.
The next retailer with the same need can buy the same version from you. When it suits many shops, list it in the App library for every iVendNext retailer, with your company as its maker, after one review by us.
What stays yours
- Your code. In your own repository, private if you like. We never receive it: to deliver your app we take only its manifest and its card, and, if we host it, the package you build.
- Your name. Your company's own first word (for example
acme), given once. Every app you name under it is yours, and no one else can take a name under it. - Your customer. You lead the customer and keep the account.
- Your price. You set it and you invoice it.
How we work with you
- We build the standard version; the customer's own version is yours. We add to our apps what every shop with a need shares. A customer's particular way of working is your business, not ours.
- The partner leads the customer. Our own development team works for you as your subcontractor when you want it. It works directly with a retailer only where no partner covers the country, or on an account named in advance as one we serve ourselves.
- A registered deal is protected for 90 days, and the protection renews while the deal moves.

The path
- Become an iVendNext Partner. Fill in the partner form. We talk to you first, then give you a sandbox site of your own.
- Register your company once. You make your signing key with the kit and send us its public line; we give your company its first word (Publish your app, step 2).
- Copy an app. Each app's page in the App library links the code it was built from. Copy it into your own repository.
- Make it your customer's. One command renames it to your company's name. Then change what your customer needs. Your AI assistant can do much of this: point it at the kit's
AGENTS.md. - Check it and try it. The kit's check runs the same checks your customer's site will run, before anyone sees your app. Then install it on your sandbox.
- Deliver it. For one customer, publish it to that customer's own Made for you shelf, with no approval needed from us. Their administrator installs it from their App library and agrees to what it does.
- Host its service, if it has one. On your own cloud, or on iVendNext App Hosting at
<your app>.ivendnext.app(Host with CitiXsys or run your own). - Sell it again. To your next customer, or to every iVendNext retailer through the App library, after one review by us.

Your customer pays its iVendNext subscription as usual. An Implementation Partner who resells it earns a recurring margin of 25%, or 30% once certified.
We keep supporting you
- The platform is ours to support: the ways in and their versions, the install, the App library and the hosting. Each version of what your app relies on is served for 12 months after its successor ships, so your customer's upgrades keep your app running (guide chapter 18).
- Our code comes as is, under its licence, and we fix its faults in the kit like any other. You support what you deliver to your customer.
- Ask when you need something. A missing door, a gap in a recipe, a sample you need: the feedback forms reach the team that builds the kit. Help and your account manager are there for everything else.
